Refund policy

At Grand Hotel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help!

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as opened cosmetics and lotions, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. Proof of Purchase

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive your return.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Grand Hotel error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
